1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vadefina.com and engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms of service.

2. Types of Offerings

2.1 Advisory Services

Vadefina provides personalized advisory sessions to support entrepreneurs in areas such as company formation and legal compliance. Sessions are scheduled upon mutual agreement.

2.2 Digital Materials

We offer digital guides, templates and interactive modules that are delivered via download upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

Vadefina may provide printed workbooks, reference manuals and welcome kits shipped to your address.

3. Pricing and Fees

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payment must be completed before delivery of any offering. Vadefina reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

Please review the specific guidelines below to understand how requests are handled for each category.

4.1 Advisory Services

Clients may request a schedule adjustment up to 48 hours before the confirmed session at no extra cost. If a session has commenced or you request a change later than 48 hours before, no reimbursement will be granted, as time has been allocated exclusively. In the unlikely event that Vadefina cancels a session, you will receive full reimbursement via the original payment method or a credit toward a future session.

4.2 Digital Materials

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to the initial download. Once access to the material has begun, no reimbursement will be provided, as the content has been delivered in full.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may request a reimbursement within 30 days after the item is delivered, provided it remains unmarked and in its original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs to send back the item. Once we receive and inspect the package, Vadefina will issue the reimbursement less any shipping expense we have incurred.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, interactionmarks and branding on vadefina.com are the property of Vadefina and are protected by applicable laws. No portion of this site may be reproduced without Vadefina’s written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vadefina shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from the use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
